Originally from San Diego, I grew up playing saxophone, listening to Coltrane and watching 80's B Sci-Fi movies. Well on my path to an exorbitant career in jazz saxophone, I played (and more importantly heard) Halo: CE in 2001. That music and my love of video games shaped the rest of my journey up to this point.
Arriving at Berklee in 2010 the goal of crafting worlds through sound became fascinating to me and I now had the tech to do it. Synthesizers and samplers! The video game community was so rich with ideas and fun creative people that I was immediately sucked in and I've never looked back.
